Juice Recipes: Roselle-Orange Chiller




My parents planted Roselle tree on end of last year, now its starting to produce fruits....just to share that the Roselle tasteed so good because i like the sour taste of it.. reminds me of Ribena drinks..now from Mohana Gills got simple recipe to add Orange juice for more flavors.. going to try it this weekend..I'm sure it will taste marvelously..

Looking for a nice cooling drink to cool yourself down on a hot summer day? Or if you want a refreshing juice, why not try this roselle-orange juice chiller that can be made in just a few minutes?
Ingredients
1 ½ cups orange juice
½ cup roselle cordial (available in most super markets)
Method

  • Pour the orange juice into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid (at least two hours).
  • Meanwhile, chill roselle juice in the refrigerator.
  • Pour the roselle juice into a clear jug then add orange ice cubes.
  • You may need to add some water if it is too sweet.
