- Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling lightly salted water until al dente.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and saute until light brown. Add shrimps, parsley, milk and lemon juice. Cook until shrimps turn pink.
- Drain pasta; add to skillet with shrimps and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
