Spaghetti with Shrim

Lama tak jenguk website ni... anyway just to update my latest "craziness" for shrimp in Spaghetti :)

Yield: 4 servings

1 pound spaghetti
1 pound shrimps, shelled and deveined
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup full cream milk/plain yogurt
6 garlic cloves, sliced thin
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish


  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling lightly salted water until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and saute until light brown. Add shrimps, parsley, milk and lemon juice. Cook until shrimps turn pink.
  3. Drain pasta; add to skillet with shrimps and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
